QVEVRI WINE SEMI-DRY RED
Semi-dry red wine made with georgian rule in qvevri (clay jug) from “Aladasturi” and “Izabella” sort of grapes.
The grape was cultivated in Choporti village, Kartli region, Georgia.
The wine has pomegranate, blackberry, strawberry and vanilla aromas, creating lively, velvety and harmonious taste.
Food matching: Grilled and smoked meat, sausage, cheese. Best served at +14-15 o C.

Saperavi - Qvevri dry red wine Georgia's most widely planted varietal, this traditionally produced saperavi shows a dark ruby color and intense jammy nature. The muted bouquet belies its deep flavor that reveals black currant, persimmon, and feijoa. Saperavi translates into English as "stain" or "dye". Pairs well with grilled meats and heavier cheeses. Decanting recommended.
